Men’s sheds have now been established as part of the health infrastructure that supports programs to improve men’s health and wellbeing. The Cygnet Men’s shed is a social enterprise that creates value for our men, while offering a safe place for social support and companionship.
Members support the community with services that are not normally viable for the local tradesmen.
Located on the Cygnet Football Oval, the Port Cygnet Men’s Shed offers a broad range of services for the local community. From restoration services to the manufacture of saleable items in both wood and steel. When not at work members enjoy a friendly atmosphere to connect with other like minded men to reduce any form of isolation, loneliness and depression.
